Describe your activity on the server:
From the time I joined SRP, I have been an active and dedicated player on the server, especially when it comes to the CrimeRP/GangRP section. I have indulged in a wide range of activities, met different people on SRP.
One of the most significant achievements that I'm proud of is leading two different gangs and being a higher-up in several others. I particularly enjoyed being the co-lead of the Kishi gang. As part of the Kishi gang, I worked closely with other members and developed a strong bond of trust and camaraderie/friendship with them. We pulled off some great activity together and had our fair share of exciting moments.
Apart from being a part of gangs, I have also taken up the role of a Black Market Dealer and excelled at it. I made sure to attend all meetings and events related to BMD and GangRP, and I always put in my best effort to make sure things went smoothly.
In addition to being a part of the BMD, I also once owned Fight Club and managed to revive it from its ashes. It business was very successfull, and I put in a lot of hard work to make it a reputable organization in the server. However, due to certain circumstances, it eventually became illegal, but Im still proud of the hard work I put in to make it a successful business while it lasted.
If I were to rate my overall activity on the server, I would say it's an 8/10 While I'm proud of what I have achieved so far, I believe there is still more room for improvement. However, the reason why I'm able to put in so much time and effort is that I'm genuinely passionate about the server and the roleplay it has created.

What position are you applying for?:
I'm applying for the governor role.
What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying is that even though I was really GangRP focused for a long time, I always had an interest in the government faction and always wanted to be a part of it, this passion for being involved with the government isn't only for SRP though, I'm also interested in real life politics and make sure to keep updated with it both IRL and In-game.
I've been playing SRP for a very long time, I have done everything I wanted to do in the crime faction from raiding the police department to being a co-lead in kishi and even being a major help in getting Bonten verified and I believe its now my time to leave the faction behind and see what other experiences other factions offer, I want to start with the Government faction because not only I'm passionate about it, I also find it better for me because of my interest in politics IRL.
Another reason that fuels my motivation to apply for this role is that I believe this would fit my character alot due to him having alot of knowledge about this line of work and being a lawyer in Tokyo previously.
My character Masuyo Tachitsu is known for always having a business inside the governor whether its having meetings with the mayor(s) and governors about his ideas or talking with the lawyers about the situtations he's been through. The point is, I believe my character has been involved with the government faction alot and I think its time he enters the faction.

Yes, both OOCly and ICly me and my character has a great understanding of The Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights.
Are there any goals for you or your character with this role?:
My OOC goal is to be a remarkable member of the City/Government faction, I want to show people my activity and ideas while experiencing something I have never experienced before, being a governor.
ICly however my character believes that its time a governor with a great knowledge on the island comes on the stage, he has seen alot of governors and with the knowledge coming from them and my character's personal experience, he believes he can do it.
My character, Masuyo Tachitsu's goal is to make Karakura a better place, he has already started his plan by creating a business called T.C.O (Tachitsu Charity Organization) to help the unfortunate people on the island, however he believes that if he could get the role as a governor, he could do far more for his homeland.
Another goal my character has, which is a secret goal in his mind is to increase his popularity on the island, adding another reason why he'd want to become a part of the government.
In your own words, describe what the position you’re applying for does within the government:
A Governor, in Karakura, listens to the problems of the people and tries their best to find a solution to it while having meetings about the islands problem with the other Governors & Mayor, there are also different things they do, they once used to be the only role that could pass IDs to the public but now other roles in the government can also do it, however there are also things that only a governor can do, like making the businesses in Karakura official, officialising marriages and attending court, these are few of many things the governors can do.

Yes, I do.

Of course, I understand this and I guarantee that I will put absolute dedication to this role, as I've been wanting it for a very long time.

"Even though I have great passion for this work, I do not have a political background that could amaze everybody, I finished the law school in Tokyo and managed to be a lawyer for a great business man, however I foundout that I wasnt really doing anything else and decided to help the unfortunate people who could really use a lawyer before coming back to Karakura for my brother, you might ask, why I'm not applying for a lawyer then? Because Karakura already has great lawyers, some are even better than me.
As mentioned before, I was the owner of now illegal Fight Club, back when it was legal of course. I had made it legal myself by negotiating with the former Mayor Mike Akihito, in the end we came to a conclusion, making the club legal under my leadership and setting up with the tax system while adding proper safety rules."

What makes you a good candidate for this job?
I see myself as a great candidate for this job because first of all, I was born here on this island which I believe gives me a deep understanding and connection to the island and its people. I have grown up here, witnessing its growth and development, its ups and downs and major events that took place, with this, I had an easy time learning the town's problems and difficulties alongside its pros and cons better than those that came here from another place.
secondly, I'm still young and my mind is fresh, dont let this think I'm not mature though, I believe I could bring a fresh perspective and a forward-thinking mindset to the table.
Moreover, I have a great Educational & Work background, being top of my classes when I used to be a student and a hard working individual throughout my life, I was involved in jobs like part-time mechanic, full-time lawyer, private security and finally, Fight Club director, which I'm still proud to till this day.
In addition to being a Fight Club director, this has taught me alot about communication and leadership, I am great at listening to the concerns of others, and being involved in constructive dialogue.
Lastly, I am deeply passionate about the well-being of the people of this town, I genuinely think I could make many people's lives in this island a better place by focusing on its crime & malnutrition problems alongside with its spacing and economical problems.
