I would say 8 out of 10, I mainly play on my Governor account(Dark) and get on just about every day for 1-5 hours on weekdays and practically all day on my weekends. I was previously a teacher(On Dark) and a Shrine Priest(On my alt Light)

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My motivation for rejoining teaching is because I miss the school faction and have been debating on rejoining for a bit now, just didnt have the motivation to do the application until now! I really miss the faction and wish to apply back!

What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?:
Teacher Class Logs are how the Principle(and Dean) see and keep up with their workers, and work. It's to see how long their classes are, on what day, what period, and who taught so they can be able to meet the quota. Quota is what is called per class, 10 classes are the minimum quota a month.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
OOCLY; The server rules first and foremost, making sure they are in class and making sure they are listening or otherwise FearRP the teacher when they give them any orders.
Icly: Following the school rules itself, making sure they are paying attention and not speaking unless given permission. They must make sure to keep their language appropriate for class and make sure they are trying to hurt other students or faculty members.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have a lot of experience in roleplay when it comes to character building and interacting with the community with said character.
Character building; Have your character have a set personality to where it could change at any time, depending on the situation at hand. A character has to have something special about them that make them unique and special.
Interacting with the community; Using your character building and how your character acts, they will react in different ways to many different situations. Either if they are more shy, they will stay away from large crowds or even staying quiet when needing to speak out about something, etc etc.

↳ Meaning: Head of Department
↳ Description: They are the top of the top when it comes to their department. They are able to help out other teachers in their department with lesson plans, classes, or even just ask general questions about or how they run their class.
- QT
↳ Meaning: Qualified Teacher
↳ Description: They are used to teaching and are able to handle themselves without needing to be watched by the VP or Principle.
- NQT
↳ Meaning: Newly Qualified Teacher
↳ Description: These are the teachers that are able to host classes, they just got the role and still sorta new to the system. They are able to teach but most of their classes will be under watch by the Vice-Principles or Principle at anytime.
- UT
↳ Meaning: Untrained Teacher
↳ Description: They are the bottom of the foodchain, they are training to be teachers. They do not have classrooms or able to teach. They are able to watch other teachers in their class if invited into their subjects classroom.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Ingame; Teachers ingame servers for the purpose of making sure the student body is getting to lessons and are understanding the material that they are given at hand. Teachers are also able to get a part-time job outside of their teaching job if they wish. They are also able to teach classes.
Out-of-game; Teachers are able to post on the discord in the bulletin board on grades, events, etc on what the teacher may have in-store for their students. They are also able to use the forums as they choose to send out documents that are otherwise blocked from sending ingame(as longs are banned due to making sure the community stays safe). Teachers have to make sure they meet min quota for the month, 10 classes can make up to 350k and most classes would be 500k for 25 classes.
Spare Time; Teachers are able to do a lot of things in their off time! They are able to have friendships, relationships, children, etc. As long they are following the law and making sure they don’t get involved with the towns underground. They should be fine.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important to SchoolRP as it is what is in the name, this is a server that is about School mainly and student life. Teachers are there to make sure students follow the school rules(and oocly rules) and make sure they are staying out of trouble.

Character Knowledge
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What are their plan for the future?
Cherry is a unique type of person, he quite enjoys the ‘funky’ colours of hair and has a positive outlook when it comes to the future. He is a very down-to-earth guy and very straightforward, he dislikes beating around the bush when it is important. His outlook on his students, he is very excited to start his job in Japan and is trying to make a hard or boring subject Fun and Exciting! He will adore his students and make sure he keeps them in line. Cherry might be a shy person, but he doesnt mind trying to make new friends in his own. . .weird unique way! Because of his mother being a painter, he would causally compare people to a different type of paint products, like if you are more airy/airhead he might call you a ‘Fan’ or if you take in a lot of information would call them a ‘sponge’. If you are more hot-tempered, you are now ‘Red’ and so on and forth. He doesn’t do this out of not knowing someone's name, its just something that comes out when he is nervous or just doesn’t know you. His plans for the future, well life is everchanging and he could want to be a painter like his mother. Or he could continue with his teaching career at KHS, life is ever open and ever going.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Approaching the situation, Cherry would first break up the gang and ask them all to calm down the swearing. If they do not, Cherry will call for backup along with getting the faces of all the students involved. Then he would start to give out warnings. If they calm down afterwards, then Cherry will be more outward hearing them out about what happened. If not, then Cherry would start to threaten detention, at that point. They would either calm down or continue to argue and get detention. If a student books it, report it in his handheld radio about what the student looked like, and hopefully other members of faculty would be around to assist.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Looking around his desk for something, he grabbed a few books and slammed them down on the desk. If that grabbed their attention, he would continue saying that class is in session, and if they continue talking, they would be removed from the class entirely and cannot participate in class for fun prizes. If they don’t calm down, physically walk up to those who are making the most noise and ask them what the problem is then personality and escort them out of class.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
If Cherry is by himself, he would sit in a corner and look over his schedule for the day. Kept the area he was sitting at clean and spotless when he would leave. If other teachers or faculty would be in the room if they are trying to make conversation with him. He would attempt to converse with them and also apologize if his words are a bit. . .odd, he does enjoy conversations it's just he is an awkward person.

/me with the door open, Cherry would stand there with his bottle water in his hands. He would watch his students take their seats for the class, after a bit, he would close his door and start to speak “Good morning students! Please take your seats and please do not get up from them unless you raise your hand. Phone, keep them off and in your pocket. I do not want to see them. This is your first, and only warning.”
/me sitting at his desk as the students would be taking a test, he would look over all of their heads. He would stand from his desk as he went down each row to see if each student was fine or needed help. Once at his desk he would look at the time “Fifteen minutes left. Please make sure to turn in your exams.”
/me Walking to the library with his class, he would have a small skip as he went. Making it to the location he would turn to his students and move his hands around the library “As long as we stay in this area of the library, you are welcome to work together with your worksheets. Please do not yell and make sure you are all in eyesight of me or you will be removed from class and fail this assignment.”
/me writing an equation on the board as he turned to his class “Who is able to come up here and explain to me how this is solved.” He would wait for volientiers before picking a student to come up and solve it, “Thank you for the attempt! Here, have a cookie in trying! This is how you actually solve it!”
Backstory
Chimon ‘Cherry’ is a 6’1 male with long, dyed purple-ish hair. Coming from a mixed household in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, he was already in an expressive household as his father was a Journalist and his mother a painter. After going to school in America for his basics, he would eventually move to Tokyo where he would try, and fail, with his journalism degree. Even after moving to Karakura and staying with a close friend, he was still not having luck with a job. Eventually, he would use the internet to re-enroll himself back into school for something. . .a bit more scientific. Going back to Tokyo for lessons, Cherry would start to go down the path of mathematics. It wasn’t his greatest strength, but he did quite enjoy problem-solving. After a few years of working hard in his studies, he would eventually graduate with his degree in mathematics. From that point, he was. . .lost, he got the degree thinking it would come in handy with something. He would eventually make his way back to Karakura.
A few months in Karakura, a family friend came up to him and says he could totally work at the local high school and teach children math! Cherry thinking about it for a moment, he would give a nod and start his research. Karakura High School Teacher. Sounded odd as he finished off his application for the teacher spot for mathematics, which he might add was empty. Emptier than the desert, and that was pretty barren. He looked over his application and soon thought about ways he could make math fun. He planned out a few things in his off time as he waited to hear back from KHS. He wanted math to be fun and want something that kids actually would come to class and participate. He was also excited to meet his co-workers, he didn’t mind people and he already have very little friends. So meeting new ones would be fantastic! He looked at the ceiling and smiled, excited to see how this would play out.
