Describe your activity on the server?:
I’m one of the active members of the SchoolRP community to be honest. I used to maintain at least 8 to 9 hours daily online, though after some changes on my schedule, my activity has slightly decreased and there are also cases where I am not able to log on for at least a day or two, or more if something important has or is happening. Though I want to mention that I’m planning to have a small re-arrangement on my schedule, so I can be slightly more active on the server, than what I am now.

What experiences do you have with Detail RP?:
Unfortunately my DetailRP skills are not the greatest like most people in the community of the server, however I have plans of changing that, by enhancing them as much as possible. On the other hand though, whenever I do try to DetailRP, I think I can pull off some satisfying actions, despite my lack of experience with it.
What is your motivation to apply for EMS and how will you benefit our current team?:
I’ve always wanted to explore all the different ways I can roleplay in the server, and I can tell that by far, the most interesting one from my point of view, would be the Hospital’s faction. It engages an enormous variety of different roleplay situations, one different from the other, as well as more complicated each time. Additionally, I’d love to co-operate with new people from that faction and help the rest of the players, whenever they need us, regardless of what I’ll be going through. I want to prove what I’m capable of, which is why I think I’d be, if not great, at least a good/decent addition to the team.

I am applying for the position of a Psychiatrist.
Specify your knowledge for the role you’re applying for:
All the psychiatrists are in the branch of medicine focused on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. In other words, a psychiatrist is a medical doctor who specializes in mental health, including substance use disorders.
Those disorders in total form a large number, but those are a few examples of what a psychiatrist should be able to help with:
~ Anxiety
~ Depression
~ Paranoia
~ Addictions
~ Any disorders regarding health, whether it is physical or mental health.
~Phobias
And plenty more, as mentioned above.
Categorize all the functions of the EMS and tell us what each of them does:
Director
The director is an individual who makes sure everything runs smoothly in all factions, and that the employees give their patients a satisfying result with the help they’ve provided. They’re also capable of demoting or even promoting any employees, based on their efforts of hard work.
Clinical Lead
The clinical leads hold responsibility for all their members. They usually hold training sessions for newer members once accepted to the hospital, but also in general, to keep up with their progress. They will also guide them to the right path, in order for the rest to be successful on their job without fail.
Head Department
Those would be usually three, the Head-Doctor, Head-Surgeon and lastly Head-Psychiatrist. The responsibilities are almost identical to the ones a Clinical Lead has, but not exactly the same.
For example, a Head-Doctor would guide the rest of the doctors and make final decisions when it comes to diagnosis or questions.
A Head-Surgeon can make decisions regarding any surgeries or plan about one. Before any of those happen though, the surgeons who have a position below them, should ask them first, if not discuss it with them.
Lastly, a Head-Psychiatrist just like the rest of the Heads, can make decisions regarding any diagnosis. They can also guide the other psychiatrists with their actions with the patient they’re with, if need be.
Attending Staff
Attending staff are the ones who can see their patients regularly inside the hospital. They’re also able to supervise medical students or even house staff.
Surgeons
A surgeon will perform operations by cutting open a patient's body to repair, remove or replace the diseased/damaged part. Other than operating, they'll carry out ward rounds and outpatients clinics and will take on administrative duties and teaching responsibilities.
Doctors
The role of a doctor is simpler than how many people see it, but only visually. In short, a doctor is a person who is skilled in the science of medicine; a person who is trained and licensed to treat sick and injured people.
Psychiatrists
Psychiatrists diagnose, treat, and prevent mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders with the use of medication and psychotherapy. They also examine, diagnose, and treat the mental and physical aspects of psychological conditions.

Code Red - Fire.
Code Blue - Medical Emergency occurring at the hospital.

Do you acknowledge that you're subject to being demoted if accepted at any given time?
I’m well aware of that fact.
Do you acknowledge that applying for this role, you are agreeing to be 100% dedicated to the Hospital Staff role?
I’m also aware of that, which is why I’ll try to stay mostly, or even always active on my EMS character, ready to do my duty. I don’t plan on disappointing anyone.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are authorized to attend or you will be punished?
I do, which is why I’ll attend any training that happens instantly, unless something more important happens OOCly, of course.
Do you acknowledge that you are NOT to take things OOCly when dealing with training & situations?
Yes. I’ve known for a long time now to keep anything that is ICly in the server only and never take it OOCly.
In-Character (IC) Section
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us about your character; how do they look, what makes them unique?
Claude Goro Matsuzaki is a Greek man, standing at the height of 6'4''. He’d have a scar going across his neck, dark brown hair and emerald coloured eyes. He’d usually wear a formal black suit to show his formality to the rest of the citizens, as a scent of Creed Aventus cologne followed him whilst walking in the various streets of Karakura.
What makes Claude unique is the willingness he has to explore all types of places, even ones who he won’t enjoy going to as much as the rest. He’s also extremely patient with whatever the scenario is, even if it’s just a simple yet daily conversation. He always tries his best to keep his cool down, despite the anger issues he has from his IED.
What are they like on and off the job?
Whilst working, Claude’s objectives are only two. One is to stay focused on his job and what he’s meant to do, whereas the second objective is to give the best results he can, without getting bothered or stressed by any other individual around him. He’d also ignore any troublesome citizen and any unnecessary calls he received from friends and family and call them back once done with his duty.
When off-duty, Claude usually tends to go back to being a ‘’normal person’’. He usually tries to enjoy his off-duty days with a nice cup of coffee and then spend the rest of his day either walking around the town alone, or spending some quality time with his friends or even family.
Outlook on their co-workers? Plans for the future?
Claude has always looked at his co-workers as if they’re his family, since day one after becoming a Physical Education teacher of the Karakura HighSchool. He knows that if he needs any help, he can count on them whenever in need. Though despite his sudden bursts of anger or if there are any bad connections between Claude and another individual, he’d take a deep breath and ignore it for that time being, still willing to help them out.
Claude’s future plans aren’t that different from most common ones. All he wants to achieve is a role or at least some all-around knowledge which will benefit his family, due to him loving to assist those who he loves the most, even if it’s someone who just met him, in case they’re not family.

BACKSTORY
Claude was only 9 years old when he lost his parents in Greece, meaning he was left all alone with his brother, Gregory. In order for the two to survive, Claude went immediately around the city to search for a job that paid well for their age and that’s what he did. He was lucky enough to get both himself and his brother the job, at the biggest cafe there was. A sigh of relief was set free from his lips once he got accepted and promised to not let anyone down. Unfortunately, there were times where the brothers needed help on some occasions yet didn’t stand lucky enough to get it. From that, they got their motto of ‘’If I can’t get any help, at least I’ll offer mine to the rest. I can handle this.’’
Several years passed and the boys’ 13th birthday had just arrived. Once the two beamed a smile at the cafe, the boss let them have a seat and announced some news. It was a trip to another city far away from Greece, specifically Karakura, Japan. The boys looked at one another with a worried face and opened their mouths to speak, before their boss quickly mentioned that everything is paid and that he’ll provide them some extra currency with them for once they arrive. The two brothers then nodded with a wide smile and excused themselves out of the cafe, ready to pack their stuff.
Once all of the preparations, check-ins, security etc, they hoped inside the plane with an adult by their side. He was ordered by the boss to ensure that both Claude and Gregory arrived safe and sound to Karakura, which is thankfully what happened. To their surprise, after roaming around the town like crazy with sparkling eyes, the man asked them to follow him for a good minute, and so they did. They got inside a house and asked why they’re here. The man then handed them a pair of keys and told them that this would now be their home to live in.
Few more years passed and Claude reached adulthood, whereas his brother Gregory decided to head back to Greece, due to him not really enjoying his time there. In order to make his brother proud while in Karakura, Claude decided to study hard to become a part of the Karakura HighSchool staff team. He always looked up to his teachers and even professors as well as some employees. He admired their job a lot. Luckily enough, after several tries which were denied, he got the chance to become a Physical Education, but unfortunately, he didn’t quite enjoy it due to the daily noise and trouble the students made. They really got to his nerves due to the constant disrespect, which is why he quit a year after.
He was now 39 years old and decided to go through his contacts, to the moment where his gaze met a name of an old friend of his. The contact’s name was labelled ‘’Aster’’. At first, he thought of texting him to see what he’s doing, though he shut his phone off instantly and decided to greet him another way, if lucky enough. That way to his surprise after carefully thinking about it, was to now become a member of the Karakura hospital’s team. He was positive enough that they’d give him a chance to show his capabilities as a psychiatrist which was his goal, but also as a co-worker in general.
