My activity before I quit was outstanding but ever since i quit my activity has gotten a little worse but it Is getting better and I work to make it even better than it already was. im on everyday now and enjoying roleplaying again so im sure my activity will be the same if not ten times better

Yes I have been banned for 4 warnings
For my unrealisticRP twice and FailRP twice. But ever since I have tried to never get any warnings since. Ive taken RP more seriously to I know never to break them rules and are aware of why I got them warnings. Ive changed by playing more RP and reading over the rules over and over so I 100% understand them.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
In a restaurant or hotel or school , depending on the situation, a chef is primarily in charge of meal preparation.
It is typically part of his or her work description to prepare, season, and decorate meals and dishes in accordance with customer requests or orders.
The chef also keeps an eye on and/or oversees how other staff members prepare and serve food served from the kitchen. Also, he or she specialises in making particular dishes, such as salads, desserts, and pastries.
A chef's responsibilities extend far beyond simply preparing and serving food; they also include managing routine cleaning and sanitization of kitchen surfaces and equipment like fryers.
Due to the nature of the work, anyone involved in it must be able and prepared to work erratic hours, including extremely early in the morning to prepare meals for the day and very late at night to clean up after the previous day's activities.
The chef is in charge in the kitchen; in addition to cooking, he or she also supervises the other kitchen staff and chooses how much food will be required in a given period of time.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been playing SRP for quite some time and feel like I know everything about roleplaying. For example I have read over all of the rules before joining and since playing the server I have picked up on how SRP works and how to play it. When it comes to roleplaying, I genuinely think I have a lot of broad experience. I discovered what original characters were and what roleplaying was when I initially started out as a writer and Minecraft enthusiast. SamTheGladiator, a well-known YouTuber, and Treyten later introduced me to roleplay. Before roleplaying with my buddies on schoolRp, I started roleplaying on a GTA server for approximately a year or so. Recall that I was a very little child at the time. Fast forward to 2021, where I have been playing on this server for three years, and I am still in school.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I've only participated in roleplays in Minecraft. Prior to discovering SRP, where I now actively roleplay, I used to be active on Minecraft creative roleplay servers. I have developed many solid relationships both on this server and through the roleplays. While spending a significant amount of time on SRP, I began to feel the desire to change up my RP style. Although I used to enjoy participating in GangRP and RomanceRP, they no longer piqued my interest the way they used to. I started to look into additional RP prospects and came across the position of a school receptionist.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
He would turn to face the pupil and address them directly. acknowledging them while simultaneously asserting her dominance. He hoped that would stop them, but in case it didn't, he would let them talk for a while so they could express their views. She would only talk once they stopped. I know you think I'm pathetic, but please don't talk to me in that way. I'm here to make your surroundings safer, so treat me with the same respect that you do for me. You risk hurting or offending someone else if you speak to anyone else in this manner. Don't curse on school property either.
Vlad would wait patiently for the student to quit using foul language. Vlad would issue them a couple of warnings if this didn't occur and the kid persisted despite his inaction. A pupil needs a reaction, and Fujioka is aware of this, therefore he won't provide it to them. He would simply hand them the detention and ignore them afterward in this circumstance. But, if the student continues cussing after being given a detention for more than five minutes, he will radio the student once more to ask them to stop. He would radio SLT for assistance in dealing with the insolent pupil if they refused.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Vlad would promptly radio about the fight as his first action. Giving nurses advance notice of new students and enabling other faculty to assist Vlad. He would then rapidly approach the students and make an effort to initially calm them down. if they choose to disregard him, issuing warnings. He would avoid direct contact with the students since he was aware of their potential for harm. Knowing full well that students become boisterous and disorderly during fights, he would maintain his distance while raising his voice to try to draw their attention. He will give the students detention for the punches they threw, whether they pay attention or not. Knowing for sure that it was a form of assault on school grounds I would run over to them and quickly get in between them and separate them both and try to break up the fight and calm down the situation

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
If a school employee is endangering another student or faculty member, he will first remove the person from the area. His top priority will always be the person who might suffer harm even though they did nothing wrong. He would then snatch the employee aside and point out what they were doing incorrectly. He would leave it at that, given that the person he is speaking to is definitely an adult. However, if he saw the behaviour continue, he would immediately report it to a member of the SLT since it is obvious to him that the employee is unfit to operate in a setting where there are young children.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
If a school employee is endangering themselves, he would take them into the teachers' lounge, where they would be safe from any potential intruders. firstly, find out how they are personally, since personal struggles might have an impact on how they operate. Depending on how the person reacts, he may simply advise them against doing it, propose taking a brief absence from work, or suggest speaking with SLT about what they may do to support their employee's continued employment while also advancing mentally and physically.

sat at the kitchen and looked about the room. making sure that everyone kept quiet and acting in a Chef-appropriate manner. Flipping through some of his papers to make sure he was ready for upcoming students. He arranged the The meal till he was satisfied. He then sat up straight, and placed his hands together. Occasionally looking down at his Meal to recall where he would place a student’s name when they arrive. With a bright smile he would pass them there meal before shortly saying 'Enjoy your meal and have an amazing day'.As he observed the mess he had created in the kitchen, Vlad's eyes became wider. He sighed with relief when he saw that it was just 11:20. He cleared the benches and put the filthy dishes in the sink after grabbing a cloth and a spray bottle. The benches were then sprayed, and he cleaned them as he proceeded. He cleaned off the cloth and set the spray down after reaching the end at the sink. After that, he filled the sink with water and added some soap. Immediately after turning off the water, he took a clean cloth and dove it into the warm, soapy water before starting to scrub the dirty pots and pans. After setting the clean dishes on the rack to dry,

/me He pushed off the office chair and ruffled his own hair before dropping the empty cup in the sink. He waddled out of the room after tossing the teabag into the trash, washing the cup and placing it on the drying rack while yawning. He fixed his hair en route, glanced at his watch, and his eyes grew wide. He then started to walk a little quicker in the direction of the kitchen. He unlocked the door and spun inside as he could see the kitchen becoming closer. He took out a bag of rice and put a pot on the burner, adding water to it. He opened the rice bag and added the rice to the heating water as it began to boil.swirling it very gently as you pour into it. Then he started to arrange numerous little plates in a row. He retrieved a large number of bananas from the shelf and set them next to the plates after making sure everything was in order. He seized a large plastic spoon and scooped the rice into the plates after a brief period of waiting. The bell rang just as he finished placing the rice in the final one! All of the anxious pupils waiting for breakfast were given the banana and rice by him as he hurried to the pickup window.

/me As soon as he enters the kitchen, Vlad dons his apron. He also wears a cap to keep his long hair from coming out. He runs to the faucet and hastily runs his hands under the water. They wash their hands after getting them a little moist, then completely rinse them. Then he applies soap again, but this time he washes it more forcefully and effectively. He takes a piece of paper towel and dries his hands after rinsing. He retrieved a few apples after opening the refrigerator. He placed them on a chopping board and removed the inedible pieces after washing them almost to the point of gloss under the faucet and made sure they were perfectly clean.He took a long breath and sighs as he waits to be served while sipping on the low-sugar coffee he had made earlier. He then placed them in the huge bowl he had prepared. Following that, Noru arranges the other food items he requires in front of him, similarly washing, chopping, and placing them next to the other bowl. After stretching a bit, he waited for lunch to start, and when he saw the students coming, he carefully arranged the fruits and vegetables he had reserved on the tray with the main course and gave them to them.

Vlad filled out paperwork for the files of specific pupils who came into the office that day while sitting at his desk, sipping his coffee, and performing his usual duties. He did this to keep track of what each pupil had asked of him while, of course, keeping everything confidential. A different coworker stopped by the workplace and appeared to be looking around. In order to properly greet the coworker, he sat up straight. Happy morning! Greetings from the office! It's adorable, isn't it? He slipped his papers off to the side to check them later as he was simply doing it to keep himself busy, flashing a toothy grin and a warm giggle.The coworker appeared to be uncertain about the counselor's function. "I truly like it here a lot! I enjoy getting to know each and every student and doing all I can to assist them. As I am genuinely very down to earth, I find speaking with students to be a rewarding job! It gives me the impression that I am useful. He appeared to be quite enthusiastic and to be thoroughly enjoying his work. His face revealed such joy and excitement. The other employee listened as Vlad simply expressed his enthusiasm for his work.

/me He'd start by putting on his apron and tying his modest bow at the back. He'd next put a net over his hair to keep it tidy, and he'd pull out his cutting boards and knives and arrange them in the appropriate order. Each knife, as well as the cutting boards, would be coloured according to its intended use. He would slice his ingredients and lay them on the bread before wrapping them in thin plastic and storing them.

/me When waiting for someone to pick up their food, his eyes would drop and he would gently say, &f "&oBreakfast.. come get your.. breakfast or whatever you want. I'm not sure, fella. I am the single employee here. He yawned, covering his lips and humming a low rhythm as he waited for the learner to arrive. "Good morning and nice day," he murmured, setting the food on the counter. Have a good breakfast." He tried to grin at the student once they had received the food before setting his hand back and silently tapping his finger.

Backstory
Throughout middle school, Vlad was known as the "silent kid". He would always choose a quieter location, such as the back of the lunchroom or a corner of a classroom. To escape the clamour of the school children, he spent much of his time With the chef. The chef's section on literature piqued his interest. Understanding that most students preferred fiction, he reasoned that it would be nice to do something unusual. He would therefore go to the Kitchen in the corner during lunch and breaks to read quietly and divert his attention from his classes. He regularly visited the Chef and was noted for always turning in his work in good condition. and sat in the same place every time. When he arrived, the librarians would always have a tiny cup of water waiting for him because they had seen he didn't have lunch at that time. Even though it wasn't much, Fujioka was very grateful for their modest acts of goodwill.

Throughout highschool Vlad did the same thing, but this time found some people that did the same as him. Spending their time in the dinner hall alone. Eventually, he found a few new friends that had common interests as him, and they would all read the same books together, annotating, and sometimes buddying up during literature classes to do the work together. It brought Vlad to the conclusion that his comfort was a place that was quiet to work and that he had good memories in. Bits and pieces of his childhood were in Kitchen, so he decided he’d work in one in hopes to witness students have the same experiences as him. and occupied the same seat every time. As they observed him going without lunch at that time of the day, the librarians always had a little cup of water waiting for him when he arrived. Despite the fact that it wasn't much, Fujioka was very appreciative of their modest acts of kindness. He then moved to japan in hope to Put his work to use and become a chef at the school he used to go to. He did not want his work to go to waste so he spent most of his time practicing and spending time in the kitchen

Motivation for Joining KHS:
Simply because of how my childhood was, I decided to apply to KHS. I discovered that the library was a calm, secure place where I could be alone with my thoughts and fantasies. As they enjoyed the ridiculous stories I used to tell them, students have suggested that I apply to the school. I was personally interested in KHS because of how esteemed the institution is. I've been a resident in Karakura for a while, and I've wanted to join the school for a while. Simply put, I wasn't yet enough confident to apply. Yet I did determine that it was finally time to go forward into a life I wanted with a little encouragement from the kind students that attend the school. Also desire to take care of people like my mother led me to enrol in KHS. She made every effort to ensure that my life at home and at school was secure and safe. I became more interested in the profession as I learnt more about it. I became friends with a number of the caretakers when my family moved to Karakura when I was 14 years old, and I learnt from them, which further fueled my ambition to become one. I made the decision to apply to this school after completing my college education because I wanted to give back to the institution that had helped me grow up and shape who I am today.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I think that in and of itself, my desire to encourage students to keep cooking is a really good cause. I noted that there were no students present and that the Kitchen was rather quiet. Even though I tend to be quiet, I believe I can make an exception if it means interacting with students and assisting them in discovering the book genres with which they connect. I want to explore the student's interests, hobbies, and creative side. I work hard and have a strong enthusiasm for food in general. I never waver from what I adore, and I've always been that way. I make sure to work as I should in my environments and take my career and myself seriously. I promise to give my all to the task.
I Would like to be chosen over the other candidates because I want to make the school a better and safer place. I value the pupils' physical and mental health, and I'll do everything in my power to keep them secure. My employment at KHS will enable me to serve as a positive role model for the students. I can maintain my cool under pressure and project an air of authority while remaining approachable. I am a really compassionate person, thus I am confident that I will make an excellent fit for this job. I will be able to work as a team and form lasting friendships by teaching at KHS.
