In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Caretakers, who also play the role(s) of the technicians and security for the school, are there to keep a safe environment for the school’s students and staff. They’re there to make sure everything is running as smoothly as possible during the times of 8:00 and 15:00. While working as a Caretaker, you may have to clean up messes, escort students to certain classrooms or areas in the school, and even help out with any technical difficulties that may happen at any time of the school day.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I’ve been roleplaying ever since I was the age of 8, and I’d say that I have pretty good roleplay skills. I’ve been a part of GangRP, and some TeacherRP while I was a teacher for a few days on SRP. I’ve been roleplaying on SRP since 11/23/20, so I’d say I’m pretty experienced when it comes to roleplaying on SRP.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
At first, she’d ignore them to see if they’ll stop behaving the way they are, but if they continue that kind of behavior, She will tell them to stop and tell them if they don’t comply, they’ll get detention. If they continue to do what they’re doing even after she’s given them the two warnings, Calico will give them a detention and then leave the situation to work again.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Upon seeing the two students fighting, Calico will call for one or two more faculty members to help ONLY if needed. After, she will attempt to break up the fight and give instant detentions since behavior like that isn’t tolerated inside the school grounds at all. Calico will send any of the injured students to the nurse to get cleaned up and then she’ll leave once everything is settled.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
After noticing that the employee is acting inappropriately or in a dangerous manner, Calico will walk over to talk to the employee. While talking to them, she’ll explain that what they’re doing could potentially harm them or someone else that could be around them, and that they shouldn’t do it again. Depending on how bad the situation is currently, Calico will either just warn that they could be reported, or she’ll go ahead and report the person if it’s enough to do so.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Calico would always be friendly with her school faculty co-workers, she’d be one to crack jokes and create bonds between people and herself. She’d be laid back while still being on her best behavior, she’ll start conversations with other workers on how everything’s going and even check in on her co-workers that may be having a hard time. Calico will do her best to make that environment in the break room as calm and as fun as possible for herself and her co-workers.

/me As she walked into the school alongside her co-workers and any students around her, Calico flashed a bright smile and motioned a few waves as she walked past and into the school. As classes began, Calico started to walk around school to make sure everything was going smoothly, and picking up any trash that could have been tossed on the floor of the halls or around the outside areas of the campus.
/me She walked around the halls of the school, humming to herself while flashing a bright and warm smile to anyone passing by. She then stopped by the receptionist desk which had no students in sight since most were in class, she then started a conversation with one of the employees about how their weekend had been. After having their conversation, Calico gives a light ‘goobye’ hug and wave before walking down the halls and then outside to monitor the rest of the school.
/me Upon sensing the tension between two students who were right in front of one another, Calico only knew that a fight was about to break out. She was unfortunately right as a few seconds later the two students started to engage in a physical fight with one another. Having no time to lose or to waste, Calico rushed over to the two students and split them apart from one another, grabbing each one by the arm before escorting them both to the nurse’s office just in case someone got injured. She then told them about how they shouldn’t fight and then gave them both a detention for fighting on school grounds.

Backstory
Aoife E. O’Sullivan was born in Ireland. Her mother’s name was Eithne A. O’Sullivan and her father’s name was Daniel K. O’Sullivan. Aoife was named after her great great grandmother, Aoife O’Connor. Aoife had two brothers, one older and one younger, Aoife’s older brother had passed away in a house fire which would then ruin her future. Her parents never really had the chance to take good care of Aoife and her younger brother since they had lost everything in the house fire. A while later after the house fire occurred, Aoife’s mother had passed away in a fatal car accident that left four dead and Aoife, her brother and her father still alive to mourn over Eithne’s death.
Aoife was always a hard working child, her parents were never harsh on her brother, but were always harsh on Aoife since they wanted her to grow up and have a good life they didn’t really have. Aoife practiced daily, whether it was with school work, working out to build muscle, or practicing self defense just in case if anything ever did happen to her, she’d know how to defend herself and others. She’d have 2 more years to wait until she was sent to Karakura by her father. Aoife practiced daily while being homeschooled with her younger brother by her father and her uncle.
The time had finally come for Aoife to leave her brother and leave for Karakura. Aoife had waited her whole life so far until she turned 18 to go to Karakura. Aoife was finally ready to move out of her father’s house and into her own apartment to live out her life in Karakura. Though Aoife didn’t want to leave her brother behind since he’d be the only O’Sullivan child left in Ireland, she knew that he’d be fine with their father since he was always well protected by their family members.
Aoife was finally in Karakura, she had to learn Japanese since all they spoke in Ireland was English, but she didn’t mind. She’d then enroll into school where she eventually started to study in Japan, she took interest in the subjects, Art and English. While studying in Karakura, Aoife made friends and everyone started to call her Calico due to her eyes being two colored eyes and she could only see in the grayscale. After staying a while in Karakura, Calico suddenly had to leave and go back home to take care of her family, she was expelled by the time she had left.
While she was back in Ireland, Aoife decided to continue her studies since she knew that she’d be going back to Karakura one day, so she studied as much as should and every day that she could. She’d then go on to College where she would get a Masters degree, she’d also go to have an English Major and an Art Minor. Aoife wanted to be a Teacher, but decided against it. She would always look for school faculty roles to apply for since she’s always wanted to work at a school, but not as a teacher.
After Aoife spent AGES looking for faculty roles to apply for in Karakura for a couple of years, she FINALLY manages to find a job at Karakura High School and applies to be a Caretaker. It makes complete sense why she would choose that role since she loves making places a safe environment and she absolutely loves keeping spaces clean and very safe for other people! Maybe you’ll see her around on the school grounds one day!
Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for joining the school faculty of Karakura High School is to hopefully prove myself and show that I can be better than I was as a student. I can show that I’m responsible and hardworking during my time working here, which hopefully won’t end soon at all. I want to have connections and friendships between the other school faculty members and I to hopefully get my reputation back up to what it once was. Plus, I think I’d have a lot of fun while I work there due to the fact that I’m a very friendly and outgoing person when it comes to meeting knew people!

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I should be accepted over other applicants because I believe that I’d fit right into the school environment here. Even though I was expelled for quite a bit, I believe that I was a pretty good student before everything had gone downhill and maybe this could even be my chance to prove myself once more for the school, not as a student, but as a school faculty member. Plus, I already know the majority of the students there, so I can have a decent amount of respect between the students and I, which could get them to listen to the rules more.
