Describe your activity on the server: I was pretty much active Almost around 24/7 1-3 years ago but I have recently returned to play and Roleplay I do have an Alt account I play on as well named Imdaatrackstar and I can assure you the staff team I am active more and more and I'm excited to put more hours on roleplaying again as I used to with other players.
Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?): I was banned a long time ago when the year was around 2019, and in 2020 I got banned for glitching through walls I have been warned for failing and avoiding RP but FairlRP haven't got much of a banned record on me and my alt hasn't got banned I can be wrong but as I remember Not banned maybe just warned
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?: Yes I do acknowledge I can be demoted or removed from the school staff team.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: as a chef You make the food for all the students and college students A chef's responsibility is also to see all supplies are for the food to be made well and Fresh as well And For all the ingredients are not moldy or old or in general bad As well keeping all trouble makers not to start anything and making good delicious food in the school. And keeping the Kitchen clean and safe from any complications that can ruin anything
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have been a chef before so I have perfect experience in this Roleplay scenario and situation. I have also been a janitor and I had a scenario where I had to clean the pool and there were some people inside the pool sewers as an event that happened 2 or 3 years ago and I was the only Janitor that was on the scene and cleaned up the issue (It was an event by the staff). I have also been a teacher but that did not go as I expected so I did not see that fitting I used to work for Mikeshot at his bar at the Casino for almost a half year until they didn't open anymore. I have experience in gangRP but I never do it again. I had fun with it but not my thing anymore I am a very old player and I have lost more experience than I could add and I think this explains it well.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: I thought that I would be a good fit at the school Employee because when I worked there before I had so much fun it was chaos and just laughter all around but as more time I did it I had stuff going on and could not get more time to play and enjoy it as I used to so I quit then and as the time passed id thought id wanna try out other roles and I did I had fun and enjoyed them but I just miss being a chef working in the school again and going back to a role I'm used to playing and do my best to fit that role and I hope that I can still be able to join back as a chef.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: My character would be straightforward with the student and say "Young man this is not a behavior you should have at all or be saying at all If there is something that is bothering you can always talk to me" If the student keeps on going saying more stuff and keeps calling me pathetic I would then simply say with a fit of more anger but not to aggressive and forward voice "Young man I'm about to be done with your behavior if you keep on acting the way you are I will have to put you in detention for being aggressive towards working staffs So please take my warning well and go on with your day" If the student finally Stops I would be done with the situation and go along with my day
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: I would quickly get a Radio and call in the fight as I know I can't get two Students away from each other on my own after I have would directly run up and say "BOTH OF YOU STOP THIS RIGHT AWAY OR BOTH OF YOU WILL BE IN BIG TROUBLE DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR!?" Hopefully, they will understand and stop but I still have to give them a warning if I ever see them fighting again I will directly give them detention for Fighting on school Grounds. If they did not care about my first warning I would get between them and yell hoping that other school employees or teachers arrive to help me solve the situation.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: I would walk up to the Employee telling them that they are putting themself in a bad situation and acting inappropriately As well as putting not just him but the Students in danger and it could be so bad that someone could get hurt or even worse. As well I would call in the situation that they are doing on the radio and would ask for help if I needed it and Reporting The employee to the headmasters.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act? My character would try just to make small talk to get along with the other employees and have a good time if he is not in a talkative mood he would sit and enjoy taking a sip of a coffee or thinking what he could do to make his day more interesting

/me He’d start by preparing a small traditional lunch bento box. First, Troy would wash his hands in the stationary sink, thoroughly and dry them. Then in a small strainer, he’d rinse off the fruit and vegetables. Strawberries, Cherried Tomato’s, Cucumber, and Apples. Leaving the fruit and vegetables to dry in the sink, he’d go over to the cabinet’s take out a bag of rice. Set it on the countertop, as the pot of water comes to a boil before adding the rice and cooking it at low-medium heat for thirty minutes. Next, Troy would head over to the refrigerator, taking out a pack of Pork hotdogs. Using a knife and cutting board and cutting them into small octodogs can let them grill on a skillet on low heat until bronzed. Grabbing these rinsed ingredients and began peeling the skin off the apples, and cutting them into fourths. Afterward, Troy would cut the strawberries into halves, removing the stems/leaves. Also, cut the cucumber into squares. Finishing, he’d assemble a small traditional lunch bento. Placing the Octodogs, Cherried Tomato, Strawberries, Cucumber, and Rice all together neatly in the box. and adding Have a good day and work hard note on the bento
/me He’d start by preparing a bento of Onigiri. Troy began by washing his hands thoroughly in the stationary sink and drying them. Then, headed over to the refrigerator taking out a few cans of canned tuna and a jar of mayo. In a bowl, he’d mix the canned tuna and mayo with a fork, with his hands, and make the tuna mayo into little circles on a baking sheet. Using the leftover steamed rice from making the small bento box, Troy wet and salted his hands as he mended the rice into round/circular shapes with the tuna mayo balls inside. Finishing, he’d wrap the Onigiri in a thin sheet of seaweed assembling them into a bento box. and at the end add a small motivational note saying "Keep going you got this good luck"
/me He’d start by preparing an Omelette bento box. Troy began by Turning on the water to wash his hands in the stationary sink, thoroughly and dry them. Then, heat oil in a wok over high heat. Adding diced onion and carrots, let that cook for five minutes. Then, he’d grab a cup of frozen peas and the cooked leftover rice, letting that cook for three minutes before adding soy sauce. Toss it and cook for a further one minute before removing it from the heat. Next, in a small bowl, he’d crash two eggs add two tablespoons of sharp shredded cheese, and whisk them together. After, he’d spray a frying pan with oil and place it over low-medium heat. Add half of the egg mixture for two minutes until the egg begins to thicken and cook through. When done, Troy would transfer the omelet to a plate to cool and repeat with the remaining left-over mixture. Assembling, he’d place the fried rice center of each omelette, and gently fold to encase the rice. Slicing them in half and placing them in the bento with orange, apple, and cucumber slices

Troy Garcia was first born in America and was forced to move to Karakura for private issues at first he thought it would not be a good idea for him cuz he never really wanted to go he had dreams of becoming a chef in America but had to move and so as he did he had no clues about anything at first but he still had his dream becoming a chef and so he looked around for a job but no luck but even tho he did not find him a job as a chef he always loved to be in the kitchen work in the kitchen until one day at the age of 41 he found that he CAN be a chef at the school but school and troy was not much of a match. He thought about it for a while until he applied for the first time to be a chef and to his surprise he got ACCEPTED to be the chef he was stunned and just happy to be in a kitchen that was not his home but could make a name for himself and hopefully one day be better then he is now. Sadly he had to quit after working for a couple of years due to private family matters he lost all motivation to be a chef and lost all thought about it he would not be in the kitchen as much and just be somewhere else...Until he heard enough after years of being and he knew he had to go back to the kitchen and so he did he went back to the kitchen to work and force himself to prove not just to himself but to others that he was still the chef he once was and so as time passed by he, of course, failed some dishes and made a fool out of himself but never gave up and kept on pushing himself Until then I can't call myself a chef until I have proven my worth and hopene day returning to the school employees as a chef once again.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
Well, I think I should be accepted because I have work the skills and the work experience I used to work as a chef a long time ago and I know how the kitchen works I almost live in the kitchen if I can say that I have made some VERY good food for the students and I never had any complaints by anyone that I did make a bad dish or had anything wrong in The food so I can say that I'm a professional Chef in the town I also had a taco van when I worked outside of the school selling homemade tacos and so much more for everyone. But before all l I was going down a bad path with my family and so I had to step down due to family issues now that I am willing to put everything I have on the table and work again as the chef I once was,
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I really think that I should be accepted because I know what I am supposed to do I am an experienced worker and I have been for a very long time I Do know that I have some flaws but that never held me back I go on time deliver to the student the food or breakfast and I know The kitchen I would be a perfect Employee for the Team and to the students and is always a working player for everyone. I have been in all other kinds of roles in school Janitor teacher Chef so I do think that this is a good fitting role for me.
