Describe your activity on the server:
After my recent departure from the server that lasted over a year, I recently returned. Mostly to assist with my role in a La Casa, but I did find myself coming back everyday. I've been able to consistently log on. I recently joined the College Male FB team, and that also has me upping my activity as well. However, this will not interfere with my activity as a lawyer.
My best available times are at 3pm EST- 10pm EST. That is when I'm done with classes and school work.

What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying is that I simply miss being a lawyer. I was one in the past and enjoyed my time fairly well, even if I didn’t win my cases. I enjoyed the roleplay, going to visit people in jail, getting prepared icly as well as oocly for trials. OOCly I am in college, studying for my social sciences degree, and then will go into criminal justice in the future. I’ve always had an affection for law related things.

What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
My goals for the government faction are to fulfill the development of my character. I shelved Lorenza prior to my leaving and I always wanted her to be a lawyer. Since I brought Lorenza back, I’ve been using the notion that she works out of town at a firm. Which was fun for a while, however I believe she’d gain the most development through the government faction. I also wish to further expand my knowledge with research for each case I take on. Giving it my all, regardless of verdicts.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
Mayor :
A profound leader, normally chosen by vote of the citizens. This role oversees all of the underwing roles, as well as plan speeches and decides on major decisions regarding the town.
Deputy-Mayor :
The right-hands of the Mayor, they assist in all normal priorities that Mayor’s normally take when they are absent. Formally chosen by the Mayor.
Governor :
The leads of the courtroom, as well as approving paperwork submitted by the public. Such as adoptions and marriages. They also produce the normal identification cards that are required by the town.
Judge :
Judges are the frontrunners of the courtroom. There are two roles they mainly focus on, jury and head judge. Head judges lead the courtrooms, beginning the trial, discussing objections, and handling sentencing.
Lawyer :
The councilor’s of the courtroom. They take on cases from a civil or criminal standpoint. Doing research and gathering evidence to further help their side of the case. Overall, it is a big debate. They have to be able to gain their point across between both defense and offense of the courtroom.

I hope this letter finds you at your utmost pleasure. My name is Lorenza Santarossa, and I am currently seeking out one of your lawyer positions here in Karakura. Allow me to introduce myself.
I have lived in Karakura since I was 17 years old, making my way through highschool with great grades, and then during my time at their community college I double majored in Criminal Justice and Social Sciences for my Bachelors degree. I always took the high-road, excelling at my courses while being on the football team, even captaining it for a bit. I am quite proud of my accomplishments there.
After I completed my Bachelors, I moved to Kyoto. I was accepted into Kyoto’s International University, where I completed my Masters of Law, and moved to my PhD of Psychology. Overall I have over 200 credit hours put together in all of my degrees, and am quite accomplished. Once I completed schooling, I was taken on as an intern at Bunson, a leading firm in Sicily. Learning the most a student could from Councilor Rameiz.
Soon after my internship, I applied for Jayna and Jun-woo, where I quickly made partner. I worked on international cases. I quickly rose the ranks of the firm, becoming one of their bests. I recently returned to Karakura, to fully fulfill my role as La Casa Nostra’s COO. This had me traveling back and forth from Kyoto to Karakura regularly, which isn't ideal.
I believe I can bring the experience I’ve gained to your cases, as well as your courtroom. I am mostly focused on criminal cases, however with a bit of practice normal civil suits are bound to become a norm for me. Hopefully, this letter will allow you to further my consideration for this position. Thank you.
