My participation on SchoolRP has its ups and downs, but as of late, I've made a commitment to becoming a more active player on the server and improving my roleplaying abilities. I've been concentrating more on developing my roleplay on the server, especially when it comes to descriptive RP, and also learning about all of the server factions.
I first signed up in August 2020 because I was seeking for additional roleplay servers to play around with as I had only discovered it five years before and I wanted to delve further. Since then, I've gotten hooked to it.
Since I got hooked, though, there haven't been many days when I haven't played on the server. Even if I'm only online for a short period of time each day—say, 30 minutes or less—I make sure to register my presence. Although I could typically play for more than three hours a day at the time and was fairly involved in the community, I spent most of my time in-game rather than on the forums or the discord servers. Although I can now report that this has improved much more as a result of my growth on the server... There are certain days when I spend more than six hours online, primarily from one account, but I intend to change this shortly.
Even though I recently obtained a job, I still have time to spend at least 3 hours every day on the server, even if it's only to do something as simple as work for a store or assist others, though it normally ends up in a pretty emerged roleplay scenario.
My work schedule can be a bit… weird sometimes since I have 2 shifts: One that goes from 6am to 2pm and one that goes from 2pm to 10pm. However you can always find me online on the server from 10pm onwards.
Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?):
I have one warning from a few months ago and one ban from November 2021. The permanent ban was a result of malicious actions in discord messages with former friends. I made a mistake that I don't want to repeat, and I've since taken this lesson to heart. I am not at all the same as the person who committed those errors in the past. I think most people don't view me in that way, and I'm delighted about it. However, you are free to make any judgments you choose.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Librarians are as important as all the other School Employee roles on the server. Even though their main objectives are to provide books and Library cards to the students, and also to maintain the library as a calm place, they, as the other employees, also make sure the School grounds are a safe place for everyone, being sure to hand out warnings and detentions to those who don’t follow school rules accordingly.
The library is a rather calm place, and the books are generally located behind the desk, where the Librarians keep them organized in chests, by category and by name. In order to “rent out” a book, the students need to have a Library Card which is created by one of the Librarians, with the cost of 2000 yen each. These cards are numbered and listed in a google sheets document, in order to have it organized.
While hanging out in the library, the students shouldn’t eat, drink, or especially, yell. This place is supposed to be a very quiet place in order for students to study and / or read. You are of course encouraged to hang out there with your friends, but if you are seen breaking these rules several times, a Librarian is allowed to guide your character out of the library, in order to not disturb other students, or even hand out a detention if it somehow gets worse.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I would say my experience in roleplay is pretty extensive.
I started roleplaying back in 2014/15 in a different minecraft server, with several types of roleplay, not only CityRP, SchoolRP, but also FantasyRP’s and a few others. However after a few years of roleplaying there, I decided to look for a new place to roleplay at, since that server had very few active players, and it was difficult to make friends or have a good roleplay, and so, in August 2020, I found SchoolRP.
Since then I have experienced many different types of roleplay on the server, and I was a Librarian for some good months before I quit, and I’m looking forward to going back to roleplaying as Librarian, as I much it so much.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
My character would begin by attempting to cool it down and formally asking the student to stop because doing so is disrespectful. If that doesn't work, he will issue a second warning; if it happens once more, they will get a third warning and will be required to spend the remainder of the day in detention for insulting the faculty. After giving the student up to three warnings, he will contact another member of the faculty who is more capable of handling the situation and intervene early. If the situation worsens from where it is at this point, he will ask the student to go to detention.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Lupin would stand between the two adolescents and make an effort to mediate the conflict amicably. He would speak to them in a calm manner, warning them that if they continued to fight, they would both be sent to detention. He may feel compelled to contact another employee for assistance if the altercation persists and worsens. After the incident was resolved, He would first send both kids to the nurse's office to be examined for any injuries before requesting that they go to detention since they violated school's rules.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
He would first approach them, concerned about the situation because He didn't want anything bad to happen to his coworkers, and try to understand what was going on with them. He would also try to assist them in some way so that they wouldn't jeopardize their jobs again and wouldn't set a poor example for both students and other employees. If that doesn't work, he would remind them that what they are doing is extremely risky for their own jobs while maintaining a more serious stance and tone of voice this time. And for the last time, he would think to radio close head staff colleagues to assist him in the issue and alert SLT.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Lupin typically enters this room in a cheerful mood, if not a little weary after the day's work. As he chats with his coworkers about how their days are going or how the job is going, he will rapidly want to go close to the coffee maker. He will make coffee for himself and any more coworkers who might be interested in one, trying to make them feel welcome while maintaining a composed demeanor. Lupin is often the first to offer assistance if someone is having a difficult day since he enjoys doing so, especially for those who are close to him. In an effort to make them feel better, he will offer them food or beverages.
In order to return to work in a positive mood, he would then try to unwind a little after that, if at all possible, before leaving the room.

/me approached the student with a somewhat serious look, grabbing their shoulders and turning them around so they faced him. He looked at them straight in the eyes and pointed at the detention room, meaning for them to enter it…
/me slowly, got himself up from the chair. He then started walking in the direction of the chests filled with the books, and started searching for the book that was requested as soon as he opened the box.
/me grabbed the students hand, walking along with them to the Nurse’s office. He then opened the door, which screeched as it closed. The student would be put on top of the bed as he waited for the School Nurse to appear.

Backstory
Lupin Milou Fleury was born in Paris, France on the date of 27th of April in the year of 1995. Lupin had a pretty hard life due to him and along with his brother, helping their mother pay a large amount of people money because she couldn’t pay all their debts on her own (nor protect herself, since they lived in a dangerous part of the city). Their father had died at young age. Because of this inconvenience, and several other reasons (like for example: his older brother often being a bad influence on him), Lupin wasn’t the best student. He was always more interested in physical education classes compared to his other classes since one of his dreams was to become a solider in the army or a police officer(this also kept him really busy outside of school since he would workout a lot) . His dreams kept him focused on life and goals. So he pushed himself past the limits, got up early every morning to work out and find new ways to improve himself, eating properly, taking care of his health. Eventually he started to get into less trouble and focused on more of what he needed to achieve his dreams.. Sooner or later he joined the military on his 18th birthday after finishing high school, and stayed there for around 2 years before studying in a English program college and decided to take other classes for the major he would eventually choose which was Crime Scene Investigations. Completing the major of Crime Scene Investigation along with the minor on Law (which he chose to do in Karakura, to get a better understanding on the laws there after he moved). Throughout his time he worked among several detectives that had helped him become a better officer himself and give him a better understanding of their working strategy, he started implementing these things on his own job as soon as he become a official detective himself. At the age of 25, he would officially move to Karakura with rest of his family who were moving there for job opportunities, and so did he, since he started by working as a Librarian before moving out to his main job opportunity.
Lupin had always loved literature, so being a Librarian was a good opportunity for him to improve his skills.
Lupin had always been a family guy and wanted to move to an area where he already roughly knew some people and had an idea of where to go and what to do. At this point in time, Lupin hoped that he would be able to get a job that was enough to provide for his family and keep them out of debt for rest of their lives. His family seemed to thrive in this new city as Lupin concurter many different types of evaluation test, hoping to be accepted into his dream job. The past was in the past now and he hoped that he could save others from having a childhood like his. He wanted children to grow up happy and without the worries of the world, hoping that he would make it a better place. Lupin’s childhood inspired him, his struggles, loss of his father, bad influence of a brother always made him feel responsible for his family.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
My main reason for joining is to be able to assist students (as I was not too long ago) and assist them in expanding their knowledge by giving them books or even by responding to their inquiries on a variety of academic areas. Making their education experience as positive as mine was a few years ago is my goal. I will take action whenever it is necessary to make the school grounds an excellent place for everyone. I will make sure that everyone is in their classes and, when they aren't, that they receive their daily dose of knowledge at the library. I don't want students to be bullied or treated poorly either.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe my previous experience with literature can be my strongest point. When I was a young boy I remember passing most of my time on the library reading books, since at the time it was the main hobby of everyone… I believe my personality is also pretty good for someone that works at the library!
