8/10, My activity is active within SRP can fluctuate but I am actively on once a day and always on the Discord. I am in another faction, BMD, along with all of my other sub-factions; Karakura Autos, Fight Club, and so on. I am also on The Lore Team and always coming up with new things to write and come up with!

Caretakers are the janitors of the school. They clean the halls, classrooms, and bathrooms, checking CCTV when other members of faculty ask for it and generally walking around the school and stopping fights.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have a lot of experience within roleplay, there are many forms of roleplay. Such as Gang/Crime Roleplay, Family Roleplay, and among other types of roleplay. I have set my status with people and have been identified by my roleplay style on the server.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I love the school factions, and I always tend to go towards school when I am feeling nostalgic. I want to try something new and different than simply, teaching! I was an HD Teacher, so I know on what it means to be a Faculty member and what is required of me.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Looking down at the student, he would just blink, unamused. He was use to getting yelled at, in both the good sense and bad sense. Fixing his layard be would look at the student before addressing them, “If I wasn’t useful, I wouldn’t have a job. The tutors are upstairs in the library. Now go and get studying so you can get a better job and attitude than me.” He would step aside from the student and walked off towards the school
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Letting out a sigh, he knew he was holding, he walked up to the students and got in between them, “Now what is going on here? Why are we fighting? Especially in front of faculty and cameras?” would not even listen to the students' cries and yells as he pulled out his detention slips and pressing one on either students foreheads, “Take this and think about your actions. You both will be with me, bonding over cleaning the same stall together, in detention. And no, you don’t get to pick the stall or location.” Then he would force them apart and watch then walk off, making sure they don’t interact with one another, he would go on his radio and explained the situation to the other faculty, keeping them updated on making sure they were aware of the tense air between the two students.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Snapping a video or photo would be his first reaction, making sure to have proper proof before stepping towards the employee, “Y’know you aren’t supposed to be doing that right?” Knowing the faculty member, they would try and defend their actions, Souta, knowing how the world is held up his hand, “Look. You aren’t going to get past me and gaslight me. I have proof, and I can simply turn it over to SLT, having your job. Now, stop this. You know its not right. Do it again, and this goes right to SLT. I know two of them, PERSONALLY. So, try me.” Souta would just turn and walk away, he wouldn’t turn in the employee right away but he would have it there, dangling.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Sulking over to the window by the coffee maker, getting the shitty coffee before sitting. Watching the students out the window as he dreamed to be off, he didn’t mind the work but it was the noise and people. He watched as the door opened and closed, nodding at the employees who came in and out with a simple nod. He sipped his coffee quietly, he’s not really much of a talker and never will he be one. He only thought of his wife and kids, he loved them and missed them dearly. Even if he just saw them recently. After his break, he would stand and walk out into the chaos storm that was Karkaura High and College.

/me pulled the cleaning cart around the halls until he made it to a leaking light… I always had to be a leaking light when it’s raining. The Cat would stop the cart and pull out the mop, Why couldn’t SLT fix these shitty lights… arg… he began mopping up the water, placing around caution wet floor signs around the spill before picking up his radio, “Yo. SLT, when are you gonna fix these leaking lights? I got another one on the…. Where am I… The College side? Yeah. Get it fixed.” Then he pocketed his radio, mumbling to himself as he put the mop up
/me entered the male bathrooms; he hated cleaning bathrooms. He heard some noises as he walked over to the stall where two jocks were swirling a student as he groaned, “If you are going to do this. At least use the outside bathrooms by the pool. I can’t be asked, you both.” He pointed to the jocks, “You help me clean the bathrooms during detention now. You.” Pointing to the kid, they were attempting to swirly, “Get.” Taking out his slips and smacking them on the jocks foreheads
/me sat in the faculty lounge, he stared out the window. How much he wanted to just go out and smoke. Kids annoying. Adults annoying. He let out a long sigh as the microwave made a funny noise as a faculty member squeaked. His eyes looked over at the microwave as he stood, walking over “Let me take a look.” He knelt and waved away the smoke that came from the, now, clearly broken Microwave. He pulled himself up to his feet as he pulled his radio back out, “Hey, SLT, microwave is broken as hell. I think we need a new one.” He looked back at the faculty who tried to use it, “I hope you can eat your food cold, I might be able to put together a door but I cannot fix electronics.” He turned and walked back to his seat by the window. Counting down the hours until he could have his cigarette, or sneaking up to the rooftop and taking a puff

Backstory
Souta was born in Sapporo, in the Hokkaido Prefecture in Japan. With how much older his parents and older sister were, he would stay to himself at the flat what he still owns. He would pick up Gardening and Woodworking, it would be his escape from the loneliness he would have gone through along with attending school. Around his late teens, early twenties, he would get into the Japanese Military until hearing about the death of his parents. After so, he retired from his work and went back to Sapporo, around his early 30’s. His brother-in-law would contact him, giving him another job. Keeping tabs on his Nephew, Eli Hanazono-Zennix in Karakura City. having nothing to do and no motivation, he would pick up the mantle and move to Karakura to keep an eye on his nephew. Years into Karakura City, he would meet his current wife for the first time, and the Cat would fall for the Viper, eventually having their lovely Moth, who has both of her parents' attitudes.
His other jobs within Karakura… are more secretive. Only a select few people knew it was him under that flamingo mask, refereeing fights within his longest-running job within Fight Club. He takes his secretive identity seriously. The only people who knew of his jobs are… well, that is for you to find out about what the cat has hidden in the bag. Keeping connections to completely destroy people if they dare fuck with his family. After the club ran quiet and not much happening within the underworld, that was when he looked towards the school, wanting to keep a closer eye on his daughter. He would put in an application. The tall, emo, brooding man would finally get his first LEGAL job in Karakura, hoping it would go well as he sat in his home.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
The writing was scratchy but legible, there was many spots where words were marked off and rewritten;
‘My motivation on joining KHS is that I wish to make myself useful for my family. My daughter goes to college here, Miosa, I love her dearly. I want to keep closer eyes and tabs on her but to also give me something else to do than sitting at the Estate all day and night. I have ran out of wood to carve and tweak, so I wish to expand my job status. The only… job I have had was when I was back in the military, back in my early twenties. Then just simply became the House Husband and did my own thing for many years.’
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
‘Because I know when to do something and when to fix shit. I don’t need to be watched over like a hawk. I come in, do my job, and go home. It isn’t rocket science and anyone who thinks it is, well they should get a degree and work in the scientific world. I keep my head down, listen to drama, and move on.’
