Describe your activity on the server:
In all honesty, my participation has been unpredictable lately because I haven't been a member of any faction; I recently resigned from my role as shopkeeper, and my engagement has decreased. That being stated, I feel that joining a faction increases my activity and keeps it up for a longer period of time! Despite this, I've been on this server for around 6 years, taking on responsibilities ranging from Head College Professor to Head Psychiatrist! Therefore, I regard myself as a loyal server user since I routinely join factions and want to continue doing so. I am convinced that if I join a faction, my activity will increase significantly because I am involved in roleplaying, EMS, factions, and so on! To recap, I've tried with a variety of roleplaying scenarios, including sports teams, EMS, teaching, and more. Overall, my server experience has provided me with a varied skill set and the flexibility to adapt to numerous positions. I feel that joining EMS would not only increase my activity but also give me new possibilities to contribute and participate with the community!!
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yah! I am very much aware!!
School Employee Role you are applying for?:
Nurse.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
As a School Nurse... ! You are responsible not only for students health and well-being but also for assisting with educational activities such as health roleplay scenarios. Your responsibilities include ensuring that students receive the care they require for their health concerns and emotional well-being, while also maintaining their overall health stability and well-being. School nurses also help teachers and staff by offering health information and assistance for students who may not require direct treatment from a healthcare practitioner. In addition, school nurses do routine health exams, treat minor injuries such as tiny cuts or sc****s, and monitor students who may feel ill throughout the school day. As the first point of contact for health-related concerns, school nurses provide immediate treatment and assistance, directing children to the best next steps for their health. Finally, school nurses play an important role in maintaining students' well-being by encouraging healthy behaviors and responding to health concerns as soon as possible. Their experience and rapid responsiveness contribute to a secure and helpful learning environment.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've had a lot of roleplaying experience, ranging from Head Psychiatrist in EMS to lawyer, college professor, school nurse, and even owning and operating Shizukesa, a Sanrio-themed restaurant, which allowed me to experiment with interactive roleplay as a shopkeeper! My roleplaying experiences have taught me a lot about roleplaying and how to do it well! I've been roleplaying for almost six years now, and I've developed a complete understanding of roleplaying approaches. I've learnt how to appropriately express a variety of characters, adjust to different personalities and situations, and connect with other players in a real and interesting manner. These experiences have also taught me the value of cooperation, communication, and problem-solving in a roleplay scenario. Roleplaying has undoubtedly helped me develop outstanding spontaneous abilities, especially because I frequently have to think on my feet and make quick decisions to keep the plot going forward. Furthermore, I've gained a better knowledge of storytelling and character development, both of which I feel are necessary for producing an engaging roleplay experience at SchoolRP!
DetailRP has always been one of the most important parts of roleplaying for me. I host college classes and use DetailRP to make lessons more engaging and fun. Whether it’s guiding students through a topic or handling situations as the Head Psychiatrist in EMS, DetailRP plays a huge part in how I roleplay. My DetailRP has improved so much as I’ve worked as a Head Psychiatrist, school nurse, and finally as a college professor! DetailRP, where I describe every action and interaction in detail, makes everything feel so much more immersive and enjoyable for everyone involved. It has also strengthened my creative talents and interpersonal skills while helping me create deeper connections with students and navigate all sorts of roleplay challenges. Honestly, roleplaying has become such a huge part of my life, and I love how it keeps pushing me to grow while still being so fun!
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
Welll!!! I want to join the School Employee faction for several reasons. Recently, I've felt inspired to return to SchoolRP, and I believe becoming a school employee is the perfect way to reintroduce myself. I’m drawn to the welcoming and supportive atmosphere the faction offers and feel it would be an environment where I could truly thrive. My passion for creating engaging roleplay experiences and interacting with diverse characters makes me confident that I can contribute positively while growing both as a roleplayer and a member of the community.

Situations
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
My character would stay firm but kind towards the student. I’d start by gently reminding them that we’re in a safe, positive space where everyone should feel respected and valued. I’d explain that the school doesn’t allow this kind of behavior, and it's important to speak to each other with kindness. Then, I’d say: One, please watch your language. Two, let’s talk to each other with respect. And three, take a deep breath and calmly explain why they feel this way about me as a school health staff member so we could collaborate to find a solution and clear up any misunderstandings.. . I’d remind them that next time, they should try using a more responsible and respectful approach. If the behavior continues, I’d give a friendly warning about detention and kindly point out their language. I’d repeat this twice more if needed, and on the third strike, they’d get detention.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
First, I’d step in quickly, using a firm but caring voice to ask if any other students were hurt or involved, whether it was bystanders or the students themselves. I’d call for another staff member to help just in case any students try to run off or escalate things further. Then, I’d focus on the students who are most injured or seem worse off and make sure to do a quick checkup and treat any injuries I can right there. If it's urgent and I can’t handle it on the spot, I’d gently guide them to the nurse's office for further care or call EMS if it’s beyond what I can do.
If the student who was injured started the fight, I’d have to be firm and write them up for detention, kindly advising them to avoid the other student in the future. I’d let them know that if they start something again, both of them will be written up for detention. But if the student wasn’t the initiator, my main focus would be treating their injuries first, making sure they’re okay. Afterward, I’d get to the bottom of what happened and handle the situation accordingly, making sure any consequences are fair and necessary. Throughout everything, I’d stay calm, compassionate, and make sure everyone involved feels heard and safe!
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
I would gently pull them aside with a warm but serious tone, making sure to stay respectful but clear. I’d calmly ask them to stop whatever they’re doing that isn’t appropriate for a school employee. Then, I’d kindly remind them of the important role we have here and how their actions are not suitable for the school environment. Depending on how serious the situation is, I’d either handle it by myself and trust they’ll fix things right away, or if it’s really concerning, I’d go to a higher-up. If I do need to escalate it, I’d make sure to gather the right evidence to support what I’m saying so it’s all clear and factual, never just accusations. Through it all, I’d stay gentle and professional, wanting to help them understand and correct things in a calm and thoughtful way.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
My character would be cheerful and full of warmth, walking into the break room with a bright smile that instantly lights up the room. She’d greet everyone with a friendly "Morning" or "Afternoon" and start a light, easy conversation while grabbing what she needs. If something a little out of the ordinary happened, she’d casually bring it up and chat about it for a moment, then continue with a conversation about how everyone’s day is going. She’d always make sure to keep things lighthearted, sweet, and welcoming!

Backstory
Skyelar Yoari was born on September 2, 1997, in Akureyri, Iceland. Since childhood, she was recognized for her cheerful nature and strong affection for her parents. She was consistently near them, particularly in her formative years. When she reached the age of 5, Skyelar began kindergarten, marking a significant change for her. Worried about eing apart from her mom, she found solace in knowing that her mom stayed with her for a few days to alleviate her anxieties. Soon enough, Skyelar discovered her rhythm and started going to school independently, eagerly anticipating her mom's arrival to pick her up each day.
When she was 7 years old, Skyelar's life was shattered following the tragic death of her parents in a car crash. She couldn't completely grasp what had occurred, and the grief was immense. Skyelar entered foster care, and she needed several years to adapt to living without her parents. However, at the age of 11, her situation began to improve. The Yoshi family, a caring and affectionate couple from Karakura, Japan, adopted her. They embraced her warmly, and Skyelar discovered a renewed feeling of belonging in their household. The Yoshi family became her support, and Skyelar could fully accept her new life and community.
Upon starting middle school and later high school, Skyelar discovered that life wasn't consistently straightforward. She faced bullying challenges, yet her determination pushed her forward. After classes, she frequently went to the library, where she would read books about nursing. The more she delved into her reading, the more she understood that nursing was her true vocation. It provided her with a sense of direction and allowed her to forgetthe challenges she encountered. Nursing turned into her refuge, a means for her to envision a brighter future ahead.
By the time she finished high school in 2016, Skyelar was more resolved than ever to pursue her passion. She aimed for her nursing degree and put in great effort to turn her dream into reality. A couple of years later, she went back to her high school, where she had previously found solace, thistime in the role of a school nurse. Skyelar managed to return the favor by providing care and assistance to students who required it the most. Her journey had completed a full cycle.

She continues to aspire to become an EMS nurse, allowing her to react to emergencies and assist in saving lives. Her journey has been challenging, yet it has molded her into a dedicated, empathetic nurse who genuinely cares for her community.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
"Since childhood, I have always wished to assist others, particularly when they are feeling sad or afraid. Growing up had its challenges, and I understand the feeling of being lost and needing support from someone. That's precisely the reason I chose to be a school nurse! I aspire to be the individual students can rely on when they’re feeling unwell, whether they have a sc****d knee or simply need someone to chat with. During high school, I would retreat to the library and immerse myself in nursing literature. They helped me feel composed and attentive, and that’s when I understood that being a nurse wasn't merely a fantasy . . . it was something I could genuinely achieve. Being a nurse at KHS seems like the ideal setting for me to make that dream a reality, assisting others in improving their physical and emotional well-being. Ultimately, I aspire to become an EMS nurse, as the thought of providing help to those in urgent need thrills me. For the moment, I’m really thrilled to be at KHS, where I can begin modestly, create an impact, and be the person who consistently supports students when they require a bit more compassion and understanding. It serves as a means for me to contribute and ensure that no one experiences loneliness, as I did in the past."

I am completely dedicated to establishing a secure, encouraging atmosphere for students, and I consistently aim to prioritize their well-being above all else. I take satisfaction in my professionalism, integrity, and optimistic attitude, which think contribute to building a reliable relationship with both students and staff. My earlier experiences have provided me with the essential skills to manage medical situations calmly and effectively, and I’m consistently prepared to maintain my composure in high-pressure environments, guaranteeing that students obtain the best care available.
Moreover, my experience in health administration and nursing has provided me with a solid grasp of medical procedures, research, and how to utilize this knowledge efficiently. I aim to go beyond merely fulfilling basic requirements, I’m dedicated to truly impacting the lives of the students I support, providing help during their most critical times.
