I am very active on the server, logging on nearly every day for a good few hours. I am mostly active past lunchtime and evenings, where I will usually spend it on the server roleplaying or socialising with friends. My OOC life also comes first, so I may have some times where I do not log on for a day or so, but that will not be a frequent occurrence.

School Employee Role you are applying for?:
I am applying for a receptionist position.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Receptionists are, in my opinion, the face and lifeline of the school. They are there to be the help-desk for students, no matter the questions. They assist SLT and the other faculty of the school, as well as provide help to government workers whenever they need it within the school. As a receptionist, you would have to have an extensive of the school building as well as how it is run, whilst also having people skills to communicate with both student and faculty members who come to you for help. Receptionists also have opportunities to reward students as well, much like any other faculty. They are also usually the ones that are called when a fight is spotted and wanting to be broken up. At the front desk, they have many things they can do. Receptionists can trade in a students' reward tokens for prizes, ranging from plushies to a single-use allowance of 100k. With usage of the intercom, receptionists are able to assist any faculty or government worker that needs it; from calling down SLT for assistance to calling down students to arrest them.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been on the server for quite some time, and all of that time has been spent roleplaying in many different places on the server. Whether it’s been on teams, within the school faculty as a professor and receptionist, in the police faction and more. I have roleplayed in many, many different scenarios that has given me a never-ending list of experience. Around 3 years I have spent on this server, and I have been in many roles. I have experience as the head receptionist, the captain of a team and twice as a higher up within the KPD faction. I believe these special roles have given me unique experience.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
The employee faction is something that I have certainly enjoyed from the times I have been within it. I also very much enjoy interacting with SchoolRP’s player population, whether it be in-character and out-of-character, where the role of receptionist certainly enables me to do that. I think it’s a great thing to do when you have free time; I find this role extremely chilled and relaxing, great to have where I can easily find roleplay, as well as doing the job I am required to do. As someone who has been a receptionist twice since my time on SRP, I find that I am very much drawn back to it.

Currently I am a higher up as a lieutenant in the KPD on my account opennenoor and I am the captain of the college male football team on my main account, atoki. I also have an adult tag as a /character on my main account.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Edward would remain professional and mature, and he’d ask the student to stop with their cursing, reminding the student to be polite and respectful. If this is ignored, Edward would then remind the student that he is eligible to deal out a punishment, and that higher members of faculty could even be involved if the student continues to be rude.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Edward would immediately split the both of them up. He would would then try his best to calm them both down to avoid any further conflict between them, remaining between the two of them so they could not restart. If they back down, Edward would ask both to apologise to one another and let them be on their way. If they resume, a detention slip will be handed and a reminder to keep themselves separated to avoid further punishment.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Immediately, Edward would challenge them, telling them to cut out what they were doing, reminding them that they are on school grounds and that their behaviour is inappropriate. Edward would try to get them to cut it out without making it physical, obviously. If it continues, then Edward would request for a higher member of faculty to come and deal with it.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:
Really, Edward would keep to himself. He’d most likely sit in the corner and play on his phone, listen to music or just quietly snack on some food. Edward is introverted when by himself, unless he is on shift, where he will be as friendly and as helpful as he can.

/me sat at the front desk with both hands resting on the counter. His dim gaze followed the students as they passed by, exhaling a sigh quietly through his nose as the receptionist waited for someone to show up. The man just leaned back in his seat and slumped, eyes flicking across the front hall as time passed slowly. Edward crossed his arms over his chest for a moment before returning to the original upright position, not wanting to look unprofessional and bored, regardless of how he felt.
/me perked a brow at the unserious question. Edward crushed his teeth, the muscle flexing beneath his cheeks before exhaling loudly through his nose. With heavy brows, Edward just replied in a deep, monotonous voice. &f“I’m here for serious questions, kid. If you don’t have any, leave.” &uThe man dismissed and averted his gaze, further ignoring the student.
/me got up from the desk and pushed the chair in, sauntering over to the back of the small room to rummage through some papers. He licked his thumb and began shuffling through the pages. Eventually finding the one required, Edward remained silent as his dark gaze flickered across the words. Nodding to himself, he set the paper back down and walked back to the front.

Backstory
Edward was born in the bustling city of Birmingham in England to two low-income parents. Through his early childhood, Edward had learned that money is not something that brings happiness, and grew to value whatever he had. As an only child, Edward was showered with affection by his family and relatives, yet he would never abuse such positivity and gifts he’d been given; remaining selfless.
Closing in on his secondary-school years, Edward’s parents finally found themselves lucky with a lottery ticket, giving them money both of them never believed they’d ever have. With this new winning, Edward and his family managed to escape the cramped city and find themselves moving into the more quiet, less chaotic city of Leicester. With this move, Edward found himself a new life and a new circle of friends, ones which lead him into a more . . Distasteful way. Getting himself in trouble in school, and with the law, Edward began straying away from his previous demeanor. Growing more stoney and rude, and growing more disinterested with school and more about everything else outside of it. Hitting the gym, breaking the law and skipping classes was his go-to throughout the first three years of secondary, giving him a much meaner look and an even meaner personality.
However, this all changed when he lost his father. On the way home from picking him up from custody, he and his father got into a car accident which resulted in Edward’s serious injuries and the loss of his father. This gave Edward a whole reality check, and immediately ditched his distasteful ways after realising he was the cause. Getting back on track with school was very difficult; staying at home to support his grieving mother whilst working as hard as he could in school, his selfless personality really outshone his other traits during that time. Upon leaving secondary school, Edward decided that a new start would greatly reward him. Once finishing college in England, he and his mother moved from their quiet home in Leicester to the city of Karakura, where he enrolled. After a few months, Edward found himself quite at home. On the college football team, greatly helping burn his energy and improve his fitness, whilst keeping his mind devoted to schoolwork. Edward never really made any other friends during that time, solely focusing on the team, gym and work.
Once leaving the school after his studies had finished, Edward and his mother remained in the city. Whilst working odd jobs here and there, Edward finally landed himself in a good position; his own money, his own place, a good mindset and finally a good-enough ethic to land himself the opportunity to apply for a position within the school faculty with the encouragement of his mother.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
I believe after experiencing student life within the school, and my motivated work-ethic, I have been inspired to join the school’s team to assist with dealing with the students the way I’d want to have been treated when I was at the school. I didn’t have the best school life, and I want to be someone who can influence a student’s school experience in a positive way, keeping them from what I had experienced growing up.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
As someone who is completely devoted and dedicated to my work, I should be accepted over the others as my work ethic and mindset is on point. I am trustworthy and I am someone who works very well under stress, which will provide me with a positive attitude and enable me to be the best I can be whilst handling situations during work-hours. I have previous experience within the school, so I am aware of the available information as well as being able to relate to the current students whilst providing assistance. I have great people skills, and I know how to deal with any kind of situation thrown at me during the school day.
