I'm fairly active on the server. Every day, I log in to my alternate account. I try to switch between my two most active accounts, my main and my alt. I am usually on the server from the time I wake up until I leave, but this varies depending on the day. I occasionally leave the server to do something other than roleplay for hours on end, but I usually return once I'm bored with whatever else I'm doing and log back onto the server. I am always online, so you are only likely to see me not online in the middle of the night, so I say my activity is high.
Do you have any previous bans?:
Yes, I have had some bans, but they were in the past, and I've been working hard to improve myself since then. My bans were issued under unusual circumstances, but they still occurred, and I admit I was to blame. The last ban was almost two years ago, and I feel like I've changed since then. I'm trying to change, but you know, I changed when I started working, and I won't make the same mistakes I did before. Would like to add the rest of the rule breaking as seen in my other apps was actually removed from my record if I am not mistaken and was proven “not needed to be warned/banned” or “not a major offence” and fully removed from my record.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
After a year since my last visit to my main school, I was thinking a lot and asking myself, "Do I want to return or attempt to return to teaching?" When a few people found out I was reapplying, they started encouraging me, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to until last night, when I was talking to some people, and they all told me to go for it, so I decided the next morning I would work on the application. I figured out I could handle it after the last time, which lasted about 8 months, and now that I've gotten out of the game and been thrown into real life for once, I've discovered I'm more than capable of handling teaching even more than I was a year ago, even though this would be my fourth time, which lowers my chances. I can assure you that I can handle it even better now, and after sticking to the sports team role for almost a year now, I know I can handle it even better now than I did last time. If accepted, I intend to be more interactive with the students and assist them as much as possible, while also changing the classes much more frequently than I was a year ago. A lot of people I know would agree with me. I'm ready to give it my all again, even though I lasted longer than I expected.

What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?:
Teacher logs are useful for a variety of reasons. One of them is keeping track of how many classes a teacher has taught while also ensuring they have met their monthly quota. Teacher logs also assist the faction's leader in determining whether or not their teachers are active or inactive. The logs also allow teachers to ensure that they are attending the ideal classes that they want to attend during that month, the teacher logs also prevent inactivity because they are aware that they must attempt the minimum class requirement in a month. They are also useful so the lead of the faction can determine how much yen they owe to the teachers who have reached their minimum classes of ten or greater.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have about six years of total roleplay experience just on the server, and I have seen many aspects of the roleplay community. I've seen the gangRP side of SchoolRP, the KPD side of the server, the teaching side of the server, the caring side of the server and helping injured students, which is school nursing, and the jock side of the server, which is the sports team part, which I am still a part of right now. I've seen and participated in many different roleplays in my six years on the server, and there has never been a dull moment. I've also been a part of the server's shop, working for a while in character at shops and occasionally assisting the owners. I've also been on the student side. As you can tell, I've been around, and this is just a sampling of what I've done. I also have role-played out of the server itself on other things but that part has ended.

- HD
↳ Meaning: Head-Department
↳ Description: The person who normally rises from UT to HD is the head of a department, for example, the history department of teachers. Technically, if someone is an HD, they are higher ranked than you. They are also used for teacher training to train UTs on occasion, and they usually work as teachers before being promoted to HD. Whoever gets HD is determined by the faction lead.
- QT
↳ Meaning: Qualified Teacher
↳ Description: The qualified teacher is one rank lower than the HD. They are usually the person who has done well or hasn't been there long enough to become HD, but has been there long enough that the faction's leader believes they are qualified to be QT but not yet HD. The QT can freely teach throughout the school, demonstrating their ability to handle being a teacher. This rank is given based on the faction leads choice.
- NQT
↳ Meaning: Newly Qualified Teacher
↳ Description: A newly qualified teacher is typically fresh out of training, having just completed it and being able to teach freely throughout their department, though they would still be supervised at times while teaching. This rank is usually lower than QT.
- UT
↳ Meaning: Untrained Teacher
↳ Description: The UT indicates that they were accepted recently, most likely during a wave of teachers. They cannot teach without supervision and must be under the supervision of the teacher faction's higher-ups if they are permitted to teach. They must be trained by the HDs and, on rare occasions, by the faction leader, but it is usually the HDs who do so.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers help people understand how the world works while also teaching children valuable lessons in class. They are there to be role models as well as figures for the students, this applies to both OOC and ICly. They are paid approximately ¥350,000 per 10 classes, you get ¥50,000 extra every 5 classes, with a maximum of 25 classes in a single month, and they are only allowed to teach 4 classes per OOC day. Teachers frequently plan classes in their spare time and interact with others while not on school grounds, which counts both ICly and OOCly as teachers are required to plan and prepare for their next classes. Let's say, for example, a teacher hosts 15 classes. By the end of the month, they would be given the base, which is ¥350,000 plus one extra set of five classes, for which you get ¥50,000. If the teacher hosts 15 classes, that would be a total of ¥400,000 by the end of the month, and the teacher would get paid. Another example is if they do the max, which is 25 classes per month, they would first get the base of ¥350,000 plus ¥50,000 bonus three times (50,000 + 50,000 + 50,000) which equals out to ¥500,000 total at the end of the month if you get to the max of 25 classes.
Teachers teach in a way that is appropriate for them, the school, and the students. They are to teach the necessities that a person would require while attending school, and with the skills they learn of what the parents could not teach them, they will be able to go out into the real world and problem-solve on their own. That is what makes a teacher, but it is only one aspect of it. They are also there to teach students valuable life skills. For example, physical education is required to teach students how to care for themselves while also meeting the school's standards. Each role in a teacher's department, such as PE, English, Music, and so on, is there to teach those specific things as well as other things within their department, for example, an art teacher is there to teach students how to paint, color theory, and so on, anything that falls under the category of "art."
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are a part of the main part of the server, and as the name implies, the server itself has a massive amount of content. The server was intended to be more of a school roleplay server, but it ended up expanding to include more city aspects of the server. The server was built on the foundation of a school, complete with students, sports, and other activities. They concluded that teachers would play a significant role in teaching students' character, which is how a school operates. They are also designed to be realistic. The school would not exist if there was no teacher role on the server, which is why they do. Teachers, like out-of-game teachers, play an important role in maintaining realism on the server. They are there to teach students life skills, and as such, SchoolRP would not be SchoolRP if teachers did not exist.

Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would first issue three warnings for swearing. If they do not stop, I will suggest detention. If they continue to refuse to stop, they will be given detention for failing to follow instructions and failing to comply with the warning. I'll be sure to go over there to assist once I'm in detention. If they continue to act in this manner and swear, I will threaten SLT. If they still refuse to stop, I will request SLT, and if they are not present, I will write down their names so that when SLT arrives, they will be aware.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I'd start by taping the desk or clapping my hands together so I wouldn't have to raise my voice. If they continue to refuse to listen, I will slightly raise my voice in the hope of regaining their attention. If they still refuse to listen, I will raise my voice one more time, and if they still refuse to listen, I will threaten detention for anyone who speaks again. If they continue to disobey, I will give them detention and kick them from my class, along with whoever else was misbehaving.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
He acts respectfully in the teacher's lounge and is courteous to everyone in the teacher's lounge. If there is a new employee, he will sometimes introduce himself when he is not busy. He will normally try to introduce himself, but this is not always appropriate, instead, he may simply ask how the person is before returning to what he was doing; either way, he will be polite regardless of the circumstances.

/me He would walk around the classroom while the students were taking a test, the sounds of his footsteps echoing throughout the silent classroom. He'd look around as he walked, making sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to be doing and not looking at their phones. He would then walk back to his desk still keeping an eye on them.
/me He would sit at his desk and go over the test answers that the students had completed. He'd be reading them over with a pen in his right hand, marking the tests as he placed them to his left on the desk in front of him for the students who had passed and those who had failed.

Backstory
Lorenzo Lacrosse
Lorenzo was born on the 14th of January, 1983. He was born on the same day as his twin brother on a military base in Germany but his family was originally from Italy, his mother was half German half Russian and his father was Italian. His father was a sergeant, and his mother taught at the base school for military children. Throughout his childhood, he and his brother were extremely close; his mother was an English teacher at the local school. He spent most of his time on military bases with his brother until they were about three years old. His younger sister was born in 1986. Growing up, he admired his father for how he was, but he also admired how much his mother was loved as a teacher on each base they visited, until one day when he was about six years old, he wasn't paying attention and got into an accident while riding his bike, eventually driving right into a ditch where there was a metal bar that had fallen off a truck and cut his hand, which was a big cut. After some time in the ditch, his family heard him crying and ran to him, taking him to the doctor at the base. He has had a scar since then, and he began to cover it with gloves to hide it. He grew up watching his father and realized he liked what he did, but he also liked the job his mother did, and after some thought, he decided when he was about 13 years old, after his father retired from the military, he wanted to teach, but he didn't know what he wanted to teach until one day while talking with his twin brother, he said, "Why doesn't he try physical education?" Lorenzo liked the idea his brother gave him and eventually discussed it with his parents, who agreed it would be a good idea so he could do something less extreme than his father and put it to use for other kids. He made it his mission in high school to start exercising regularly after school. He did this for a while to get in shape and to teach himself a lot about working out, diets, and so on. Finally, after high school, he decided to attend college to become a physical education teacher, and he enrolled for four years. He met a young woman named Sofia while attending college in Venice, Italy. During this time, she had a baby girl, but Sofia left him because she was unhappy with her decision. He was left to care for his daughter. During this time, his twin brother ended up leaving for Karakura, Japan, and Lorenzo decided to move him and his daughter a year after graduation after working at a restaurant to live with his brother. After a few years in Karakura, everything was going well until Lorenzo received word that his brother had died, which caused a lot of problems, but Lorenzo has recovered and is fully living in Karakura, attempting to put his degree to use and becoming a teacher.

Teachers help people understand how the world works while also teaching children valuable lessons in class. They are there to be role models as well as figures for the students, this applies to both OOC and ICly. They are paid approximately ¥350,000 per 10 classes, you get ¥50,000 extra every 5 classes, with a maximum of 25 classes in a single month, and they are only allowed to teach 4 classes per OOC day. Teachers frequently plan classes in their spare time and interact with others while not on school grounds, which counts both ICly and OOCly as teachers are required to plan and prepare for their next classes. Let's say, for example, a teacher hosts 15 classes. By the end of the month, they would be given the base, which is ¥350,000 plus one extra set of five classes, for which you get ¥50,000. If the teacher hosts 15 classes, that would be a total of ¥400,000 by the end of the month, and the teacher would get paid. Another example is if they do the max, which is 25 classes per month, they would first get the base of ¥350,000 plus ¥50,000 bonus three times (50,000 + 50,000 + 50,000) which equals out to ¥500,000 total at the end of the month if you get to the max of 25 classes.
Teachers teach in a way that is appropriate for them, the school, and the students. They are to teach the necessities that a person would require while attending school, and with the skills they learn of what the parents could not teach them, they will be able to go out into the real world and problem-solve on their own. That is what makes a teacher, but it is only one aspect of it. They are also there to teach students valuable life skills. For example, physical education is required to teach students how to care for themselves while also meeting the school's standards. Each role in a teacher's department, such as PE, English, Music, and so on, is there to teach those specific things as well as other things within their department, for example, an art teacher is there to teach students how to paint, color theory, and so on, anything that falls under the category of "art."
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are a part of the main part of the server, and as the name implies, the server itself has a massive amount of content. The server was intended to be more of a school roleplay server, but it ended up expanding to include more city aspects of the server. The server was built on the foundation of a school, complete with students, sports, and other activities. They concluded that teachers would play a significant role in teaching students' character, which is how a school operates. They are also designed to be realistic. The school would not exist if there was no teacher role on the server, which is why they do. Teachers, like out-of-game teachers, play an important role in maintaining realism on the server. They are there to teach students life skills, and as such, SchoolRP would not be SchoolRP if teachers did not exist.

Off the grounds, he would be wearing his gloves to cover the scar he has on his right hand.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would first issue three warnings for swearing. If they do not stop, I will suggest detention. If they continue to refuse to stop, they will be given detention for failing to follow instructions and failing to comply with the warning. I'll be sure to go over there to assist once I'm in detention. If they continue to act in this manner and swear, I will threaten SLT. If they still refuse to stop, I will request SLT, and if they are not present, I will write down their names so that when SLT arrives, they will be aware.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I'd start by taping the desk or clapping my hands together so I wouldn't have to raise my voice. If they continue to refuse to listen, I will slightly raise my voice in the hope of regaining their attention. If they still refuse to listen, I will raise my voice one more time, and if they still refuse to listen, I will threaten detention for anyone who speaks again. If they continue to disobey, I will give them detention and kick them from my class, along with whoever else was misbehaving.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
He acts respectfully in the teacher's lounge and is courteous to everyone in the teacher's lounge. If there is a new employee, he will sometimes introduce himself when he is not busy. He will normally try to introduce himself, but this is not always appropriate, instead, he may simply ask how the person is before returning to what he was doing; either way, he will be polite regardless of the circumstances.

/me He would walk around the classroom while the students were taking a test, the sounds of his footsteps echoing throughout the silent classroom. He'd look around as he walked, making sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to be doing and not looking at their phones. He would then walk back to his desk still keeping an eye on them.
/me He would sit at his desk and go over the test answers that the students had completed. He'd be reading them over with a pen in his right hand, marking the tests as he placed them to his left on the desk in front of him for the students who had passed and those who had failed.
/me He'd walk over to the chalkboard and write down the classroom rules, such as "No eating, no drinking, no phones in class, no swearing, and raise your hand to speak." He'd then write his name, which became "Mr. Lacrosse," on the chalkboard, along with the subject "Physical Education, PE." He'd point to the words and ask if the students understood the classroom rules.

Backstory
Lorenzo Lacrosse
Lorenzo was born on the 14th of January, 1983. He was born on the same day as his twin brother on a military base in Germany but his family was originally from Italy, his mother was half German half Russian and his father was Italian. His father was a sergeant, and his mother taught at the base school for military children. Throughout his childhood, he and his brother were extremely close; his mother was an English teacher at the local school. He spent most of his time on military bases with his brother until they were about three years old. His younger sister was born in 1986. Growing up, he admired his father for how he was, but he also admired how much his mother was loved as a teacher on each base they visited, until one day when he was about six years old, he wasn't paying attention and got into an accident while riding his bike, eventually driving right into a ditch where there was a metal bar that had fallen off a truck and cut his hand, which was a big cut. After some time in the ditch, his family heard him crying and ran to him, taking him to the doctor at the base. He has had a scar since then, and he began to cover it with gloves to hide it. He grew up watching his father and realized he liked what he did, but he also liked the job his mother did, and after some thought, he decided when he was about 13 years old, after his father retired from the military, he wanted to teach, but he didn't know what he wanted to teach until one day while talking with his twin brother, he said, "Why doesn't he try physical education?" Lorenzo liked the idea his brother gave him and eventually discussed it with his parents, who agreed it would be a good idea so he could do something less extreme than his father and put it to use for other kids. He made it his mission in high school to start exercising regularly after school. He did this for a while to get in shape and to teach himself a lot about working out, diets, and so on. Finally, after high school, he decided to attend college to become a physical education teacher, and he enrolled for four years. He met a young woman named Sofia while attending college in Venice, Italy. During this time, she had a baby girl, but Sofia left him because she was unhappy with her decision. He was left to care for his daughter. During this time, his twin brother ended up leaving for Karakura, Japan, and Lorenzo decided to move him and his daughter a year after graduation after working at a restaurant to live with his brother. After a few years in Karakura, everything was going well until Lorenzo received word that his brother had died, which caused a lot of problems, but Lorenzo has recovered and is fully living in Karakura, attempting to put his degree to use and becoming a teacher.
